What is water jetting?
As the most effective method for drain cleaning available in the plumbing industry, water jetting is the solution you need for tough clogs and dirty drains. The jetting technology uses water pressure and volume to clear out clogs and debris from household pipes. Compared to conventional snaking methods, our water jetting is superior and yields optimal results. It also helps ensure hair, soap residue, oil buildup, mineral deposits, and other debris are effectively removed from your pipes.
How does water jetting work?
Water Jetting hardware is made up of a large water tank, high-pressure hose and strength nozzle, and a machine that pressurizes and controls the flow of water. The water jetting nozzle is placed at the cleanout, the part of your plumbing system that allows for the removal of debris. The nozzle creates enough pressure to cause it to pull itself through the pipe when cleaning the drain. The water jet is propelled forward by up to 3500 psi of water, helping to clear a path for debris to flow down into the sewer.
Why water jetting is better than conventional cable methods
Conventional cable can work in the short-term, but they just don’t cut it for the long-term. On the other hand, water jetting helps eliminate future problems. While snakes push through the path of least resistance to open up small holes, they can quickly result in another clogged drain as the soft deposits left collect other debris in the future. Water jetting clears the line of problems, whether grease, soap, or sludge, and removes soft deposits for drain cleaning services that last.
