Excellent turn around for plumbing repairs to a business property.  They diagnosed the problem quickly.  They repaired the issue inside the wall. I needed quick service on a gas line due to an old rusted pipe starting to leak outside the house. B&B answered the phone quickly, tried to make sure they could inspect wihtout cost to me at first. I knew it would take more so had them schedule an early morning appointment the next day. Jesus and Cesar came by on time and gave a thurough inspection to confirm their repair. They explained all reasoning and decisions as well as got a quote for the work. These guys were great! Very friendly and professional and willing to answer any questions I had. We've used B&B for longer than we can remember, this time for a replacement water heater tank at short notice. Cost was quoted when ordering, Adam showed up on time and replaced the unit very quickly, all running and tested within 2hrs. I have called a few plumbing services and this maybe one of the few that actually services smart toilets! I went online and troubleshooted with Kohler so that I would have the replacement part on hand, they came and took the very complicated toilet apart to install the part. Two very professional young men, Caesar and Jesús, punctual, courteous, transparent (like you'd see in a TV ad.) came to install a new 40 gal. water heater. In the process, they repaired an existing, rotted-out flat base using bricks, 2x4s, 2x6s, all cut-to-size. An amazing repair, cleaning and installation job. They were informative and instructional, focused on their work. I noticed "hydro-jet" written one the van, Caesar said, "Yes, full plumbing service," which I may need. B&B Plumbing did an excellent job in installing our new Kohler toilet.  Adam and his helper did a professional, quick and efficient install and in no time I was flushing away!  I have used B&B in the past and would highly recommend them.  My only issue is that they charge an "out of area" fee since I am in Rancho Santa Margarita ... hey it is still in Orange County! We have used B&B a few times for our church plumbing repair requirements by replacing our main gas line and recently the repair of an underground water leak. I highly recommend you consider calling B&B for your needs. As usual, they were very friendly, reasonable, and exceptionally professional in their dealings. I had an excellent experience with B &B Plumbing. Booking the service was super easy. I was emailed a quote promptly. They were able to remove my old fiberglass insert tub/ shower quickly and efficiently. They made sure to clean everything up from the demolition. They installed my new bathtub pretty quickly. Communication was excellent as well, both from the plumbers and the main office. The plumbers were clean, kind, and efficient. I bought a new Kohler bathtub and fixtures to replace my old fiberglass insert tub/shower. B&B was very familiar with this type of tub and installation. They had a fair quote and were able to begin working on the demo and installation quickly. The plumbers were on time and very efficient. I appreciated their kind nature and clear communication. The job was completed on time and there were no big surprises in the cost. Steve from the office was excellent at letting me know when they would be coming each day. We are very happy with Adam. He arrived on the time they said he would show up. He carried booties to put over his shoes (very clean) and made sure when he carried his ladder inside, he was very cautious. Adam is very clean repair man.  Adam is very intellectual in this new plumbing industry. He knows a lot of about the Kohler shower system and was able to see the problem we were having and now we are on the right path in the process of fixing it. B and B did a great job installing an expansion tank to for my new water heater. I was having issues with my t and p valve and I didn’t know what the issue was and I couldn’t use my new water heater. I called two other local plumbers during my search who wanted to book an appointment two days later, no thanks I need a hot shower today. Very impressed by Adam and others that came out for 2 separate issues. <br>We had an emergency leak on the weekend and tried to get Fidelity home warranty to come out. We didn&#39;t hear from them and followed up several times with no contact from their dispatch or their contracted plumber. <br>Called B&amp;B at a friends reco, slightly hesitant just in case home warranty came through. But within 30 mins Adam showed up. <br>Water was shut off but still leaking from the second floor into the kitchen. <br>Adam was able to identify the issue quickly and had to open up a wall. While he was out I had him take care of an old diverter for a shower. <br>Today they added a water pressure regulator and ball valve bc it was recommended by the home inspector. Thankfully this time wasn&#39;t emergency rates. All in all I&#39;m pretty happy with their service. But I have so many inappropriate words for insurance and warranty scams.

Second time using B&B, this time for something less dramatic than my first experience:  a clogged washing machine drain. Esteban arrived to assess the issue and it was nice to see him again. More of the B&B crew arrived to assist where multiple hands were needed and they cleared my drain for me in short time; I could immediately hear the difference in the sound of water moving through the drain instead of collecting for the eventual overflow I had been experiencing. Esteban made sure my drain tube was installed and placed correctly and the draining was tested and confirmed as the final part of the service call. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B n B Plumbing Had a slab leak in the middle of our living room. Came out quickly, found the leak and stopped the source while keeping the water running in the rest of the house. Next day 2 very professional plumbers did the extensive repair quickly. I thought the price was great before they started and thought it was outstanding when I realized the scope of the work they had to do. If you need a plumber B n B are the people to call. Replaced 3 toilets with them and fixed a broken shower.  Staff was professional, arrived on time, operating within estimate/budget, and overall provided very smooth and hassle-free experience. Had a water leak and had others come out and they couldn't find it. B & B came out on Sunday morning.  Were on time, clean, knowledgeable and professional.  They took care of the short term problem and stopped the leak and provided options on long term solutions.
